Cancellation Charge:
A. Over 60 days before arrival date, Yen50,000 handling charge of each room booking (if the total amount of each room booking is less than Yen50,000, full charge become non-refundable) ;
B. 30-14 days before arrival date: 60% penalty of the total booking amount (if the total amount of each room booking is less than Yen50,000, full charge become non-refundable) ;
C. Within 14 days before arrival date: 100% penalty of the total booking amount (if the total amount of each room booking is less than Yen50,000, full charge become non-refundable) .
Daily snow bus:
Daily snow free shuttle buses will be provided by ski resorts. Snow buses stops along the main street of Echoland, super convenience! No worry about your daily transportation to and from ski resorts.
Upon your arrival from Happo bus terminal or Hakuba train station:
There are free snow buses from Happo bus terminal or Hakuba train station to get off in Echoland JAJA to the lodge. Taxi will also a good choice to come to the lodge.

Communal kitchen opening hours: 5:30pm to 8pm [EXCEPT Wednesday]. Please book with the staff.
Japanese food cooking class: (minimum 8 pax to participate)
Wednesday fun Japanese cooking class: 5:30pm to 7:30pm [Reserve on Wednesday morning]
A: Sushi dinner [Yen3,000 each person]
B: Fatty Wagyu beef hotpot [Yen5,000 each person]
In your room:
Please drink water only in your room, no colourful drinks / coffee / coke to be drunk in your room. Thank you for your co-operation.
Ski/snowboard gear rental discount offer:
We have ski rental discount contract with Lion Rental shop. Please quote our name "KEE Lodge" at destinated rental gear shop. SPICY also a wide range gear rental shop.
Open Hotspring (Japanese onsen):
You need a open hotspring after skiing. There are 16 onsens in the village.
A: Oak Forest hotel is the closest one, 10 minutes walk from the lodge.
B: Mimizuku onsen is the best one, 20 minutest walk from the lodge.
C: Obinata is a private onsen maximum 10 pax, advance booking.
Coin laundry:
There is a coin laundry at the corner - Echo hotel 24 hours.
Ski/snowboard lesson:
We have contracted with ski school to arrange private lesson. Please ask the staff to book for you.
Snow mobile:
We can help to book snowmobile for you.
Restaurants recommendations:
There are 40 restaurants and bars nearby walking distance. Over 200 restaurants in the village.
**Since we came across guests no show, please make the restaurants booking yourself.
