Got picked up and dropped up from the station, both with short notice, which was very helpful. Has an onsen inside which you can book no charge. All staff are very kind and helpful. Good vibe.

The room was warm, the lounge was comfy and the hosts, Sarah, is super friendly. Located on a quiet alley that is a short walk from the main street where all the food businesses are.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can store large amount of gear!
A great hostel to stay in. The capsule are relatively private and enclosed with wood with a screen on the entrance and only 3-4 people per room for what I saw. It includes a locked area under the bunk bed to store a large amount of gear. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with cereal, sausages, bread, jams, etc and you can eat as much as you'd like. The hosts were very friendly and able to offer transport and help you navigate to and from your destinations. The jacuzzi is able to be reserved in advance, so you can have a private bath.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very homely, cosy lodge!
A very homely, cosy lodge with loads of character and charm. Sarah, the host, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and obviously puts a great deal of pride into running KEE. The dorm beds were comfy and had plenty of space for luggage and storage, and the breakfast was generous. All in all it had a very close and communal feel, and was perfect location for skiing in all parts of Hakuba via the handy shuttle buses.

Great stay! Clean and spacious room. 5 minute walk to the base camp, so the bus to the mountains and to airport were very accessible. Staff were very approachable and helpful as well. Will be coming back in the future!

Stayed here for 22 nights this season, the homely charm of this house. Lovely thoughtful staff, dorm bed with storage compartment equivalent to renting 2 beds. Big well equipped kitchen. Generous hearty breakfast. Located near Hakuba base camp (main transportation terminal to/fro ski resorts / airports) and super easy access to all the ski resorts in Hakuba valley. Located right in the hub of restaurants (though the good ones are often fully reserved). Pick-up & drop-off service is a bonus for 1st time visitors to Hakuba! You might lucky to catch the staff’s supermarket runs)

Very kind staffs, very friendly and helpful, everything makes you feel very comfortable. Good location, cozy living room and good dry room. 非常舒服的lodge，工作人员很友好，气氛很轻松，滑完雪的晚上的一楼客厅，特别有家庭氛围，沙发旁边的真壁炉太牛逼了。
