Membership fee:
One-year membership fee: 28,000 yen.
Fixed one-year membership period: fixed one-year cycle from May 1 to April 30.
First time membership fee: proportion the period from the registration date to April 30 of the current year, PLUS the following year membership fees.
Renewal Date: on or before April 1 to 30 every year.
Terms of Service:

One ski bag - inside the bag one set [snowboard/ski/boots/clothes/helmet/ protective gear/wax/adjustment tools]. For security reasons, we shall check your bag contents, nothing else can be stored except mentioned the above items. Please dry the gear after skiing trip for storage. If you need help for dry your gear, please inform us in advance and subject to availability.

Check-in bag: please provide the courier receipt for confirmation.

Check-out bag delivery area: Japan only.

Check-out bag delivery, delivery details must be provided: hotel name, hotel address, registered guest name and the date of stay at the hotel. In general, hotel only accepts ski bags within one month prior check-in.

Check-out bag service fee: (free three times) then 700 yen each time [in addition, Members bear the courier company fees]

Delivery service must be notified two weeks in advance.

One time waxing service at the end of March: If your bag arrives in April or after, waxing will be postponed to the end of next March.

It is recommended that members purchase relevant insurance to cover damage during transportation.

Any lost or damage claim will be subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance policy , one case maximum amount is Yen10,000.

Free benefits may be adjusted/canceled without prior notice.

If your membership expires and without renewed, we will dispose your stored ski bags after the expiration of the membership without any compensation.

The membership fee is paid up to the end of the period, if you terminate the membership before the end of the period, there will be no refund. Registration and payment should be completed before sending your ski bag us.
